Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Management Strategy Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the global performance framework, including priorities, metrics, readiness criteria, and promotion logic
  • Ensure legal and ER compliance of performance and promotion approaches across markets
  • Manage the Performance Achievement (PA) Reinvention Pod, overseeing consultants responsible for redesigning PA processes and driving execution
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business transformation or leading enterprise-wide performance frameworks
  • Experience in Corporate Strategy and Performance Management
  • Ability to translate business and talent strategy into clear frameworks and policies
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders across various functions
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing small teams
