Job Summary
To support client success in the automotive industry, the full-time remote Performance Manager will manage and grow an assigned book of business, build strong client relationships, and drive referrals and upsells.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients while driving retention and performance
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating referrals and upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Fixed Ops experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years in a B2B client-facing role
- Proven ability to retain, grow, and support client accounts
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus
