- Design, track, and improve performance dashboards and reporting metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales performance management, call center operations, or business analytics
- Experience in building performance systems and KPI frameworks
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- Experience with forecasting and workforce analytics preferred
