Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance strategies to drive sales growth and KPI attainment
Oversee performance components of outbound strategies and improve resource alignment
Design, track, and improve performance dashboards and reporting metrics

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in sales performance management, call center operations, or business analytics
Experience in building performance systems and KPI frameworks
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
Experience with forecasting and workforce analytics preferred
