Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Manager to assist with the strategic transformation of data analytics and technology capabilities in a financial services real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions and maintain integrated data governance systems
• Develop operational and financial analytics frameworks, including real-time dashboards and KPI management
• Create training materials and self-service analytics tools to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or technology leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services with knowledge of the IFM/Corrigo platform
• Proficiency in BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau, and strong SQL skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of programming languages like Python or R
