Job Summary
Owning the health and performance of assigned client accounts, the full-time remote Performance Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of measurable value through Motive's products and services while driving retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing ongoing communications and expectations
- Monitor client site performance across key automotive and digital KPIs, delivering actionable insights
- Support client onboarding and adoption of Motive's tools, while identifying expansion opportunities within dealership groups
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within the automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in working with performance data and reporting
- Proven ability to build trust with client stakeholders through consultative communication
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
