Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst - Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance marketing campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and inform media budget allocations
- Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards and data pipelines using SQL and Databricks
- Implement tracking and attribution frameworks in Google Analytics (GA4) for accurate data capture across digital touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing analytics or a related data-driven marketing role
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud data platform
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) including event tracking and performance reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts and methodologies
