Performance Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of top of funnel marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of TOF campaigns across various digital and offline channels
• Implement and validate tracking mechanisms and maintain campaign documentation
• Coordinate with creative teams and external partners to manage assets and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing focused on TOF/awareness campaigns
• Experience with TOF channels such as CTV, Podcasts, and Direct Mail
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools like GA4 and UTMs
• Bonus: Experience with agency collaboration or in a fast-paced startup environment
