Performance Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Seeking an AI Performance Associate for a full-time remote position, this role will manage the production of high-volume ad creative using AI tools, execute and optimize paid campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Produce ad creative using AI tools and develop repeatable workflows for rapid testing and iteration
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms while monitoring performance daily
• Track key metrics and build dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategy improvement

Required qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of performance marketing experience, either in an agency or in-house setting
• Fluency with AI tools for content and creative production
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards
• Proactive mindset with a focus on fast execution and iteration
