Performance Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who will be responsible for coordinating and executing paid media campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee paid media campaigns to drive revenue, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to strategize and launch new creative assets
• A/B test copy, creative assets, and landing pages on a weekly basis

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Experience with various paid media channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Google, affiliates, streaming TV, podcasts, programmatic, and direct mail
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting skills, preferably in social and search ad copy
• Strong understanding of industry terms and metrics
