Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate - Test & Learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer cohorts and target audiences based on globally available segment structures
- Build and drive the test & learn agenda utilizing existing media toolbox to test hypotheses across various channels
- Optimize website and marketing channels to drive desired results
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in testing, experimentation, or customer analytics at a recognized brand or agency
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or equivalent
- Strong data management skills and ability to synthesize information
- Detailed knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising platforms
- Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
