Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the execution of a best-in-class performance marketing strategy for the Shark & Ninja brands in the US, with the aim of delivering consistent revenue growth
• Collaborate with channel specialists to optimize omni-channel performance across all product categories
• Develop strong relationships with agencies and tech partners, ensuring accountability in the execution of the performance marketing strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience in multi-channel digital marketing (with at least 2 in an eCommerce business)
• Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills
• Highly commercial and results-driven
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an eCommerce retail environment would be advantageous
