Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Driving full-funnel lead generation, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Executive will take ownership of digital marketing efforts, executing SEM, SMM, and SEO campaigns while managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, managing end-to-end campaign execution
• Create and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness, while handling customer interactions
• Track and analyze campaign performance and digital KPIs, generating actionable insights for optimization and reporting to management

Required qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with executing paid campaigns (SEM, SMM, SEO) and managing social media accounts
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress/Elementor, and various social media platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects while meeting deadlines and KPIs
• Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable plans
