Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage paid media programs across various channels, optimizing for customer acquisition costs and revenue
- Oversee the performance budget, setting targets and reallocating funds to high-performing campaigns
- Implement a test-and-learn framework to refine creative, audiences, and landing pages for consistent wins
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition with direct revenue accountability
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proven ability to create or direct effective ad creative in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in fast-paced, early-stage, or hyper-growth settings
- Strong understanding of attribution models and marketing analytics tools
