Job Summary
To drive measurable acquisition outcomes and enhance brand narrative, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Lead will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, oversee paid media and email marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent ALU identity while achieving organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of brand awareness and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage the end-to-end email marketing function, including lifecycle campaigns and performance monitoring
- Oversee paid media channels, focusing on audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing, with a focus on performance and brand campaigns
- Experience managing email marketing programs and familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using reporting tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
