Job Summary
Seeking a self-directed Performance Marketing Lead on a contract-to-hire basis who will manage paid acquisition across Meta and Google, focusing on customer acquisition, profitability, and revenue scaling through hands-on campaign management and performance analysis in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and YouTube, while optimizing bid strategies and shopping feed health
- Implement and maintain a structured creative testing program on Meta, driving creative briefs and managing testing velocity
- Conduct weekly performance analysis across channels, making budget allocation decisions based on real-time performance signals and providing proactive recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media on Google Ads and Meta
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and experience with creative testing
- Demonstrable fluency in Meta creative strategies and Google Ads depth across various formats
- Experience with ecommerce funnels, CAC/LTV economics, and attribution analysis
- Self-directed with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
