To support a growing digital marketing agency, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will own strategy and execution for key accounts across various advertising platforms, lead client relationships, and drive results through conversion-focused campaigns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own strategy and execution for key accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Lead client relationships by providing insights and acting as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders
  • Drive results by creating, optimizing, and scaling conversion-focused campaigns to meet client growth goals
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role, comfortable owning communication and strategy
  • Strong background in conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns
  • Experience training or mentoring teammates on paid media best practices
