Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance marketing strategy across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, managing budget allocations to maximize ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and campaign performance with a focus on attribution and incrementality
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth DTC or omnichannel environment
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets ($1M+/year)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or similar relevant experience
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with A/B testing tools and landing page optimization
