Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to translate strategic goals into scalable marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute segmented marketing campaigns across key lifecycle stages to drive measurable outcomes
  • Lead customer communications that support key lifecycle moments and ensure alignment with Customer Success and Product teams


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience focused on lifecycle, retention, or performance marketing programs
  • Proven success in executing marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong campaign execution skills with the ability to manage programs independently
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
  • Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, and 6Sense preferred
