Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid user acquisition and revenue growth across East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and scale full-funnel paid media campaigns across East Asian platforms
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with LTV-based optimization
  • Manage large monthly budgets while meeting strict CPA, ROAS, and retention KPIs
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of Japan, Korea, and China ad ecosystems
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns in high-growth environments
  • Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets across multiple channels
  • Highly preferred: candidates native to Japan, Korea, or Mainland China
