Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid user acquisition and revenue growth across East Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale full-funnel paid media campaigns across East Asian platforms
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with LTV-based optimization
- Manage large monthly budgets while meeting strict CPA, ROAS, and retention KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing
- Deep understanding of Japan, Korea, and China ad ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns in high-growth environments
- Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets across multiple channels
- Highly preferred: candidates native to Japan, Korea, or Mainland China
