Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Cross-Channel Strategy).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross-channel projects including creative and campaign strategy across Search, Video, and Social
- Conduct cross-channel analysis related to Media Mix Model and incrementality testing
- Monitor and analyze core KPIs and report performance results to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of paid media experience with DTC brands
- Experience managing 1MM+ monthly paid media budgets
- Proven track record in driving company growth through paid social, paid search, or shopping campaigns
- Strong data analytics and strategy background
- Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours
