Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Cross-Channel Strategy).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-channel projects including creative and campaign strategy across Search, Video, and Social
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis related to Media Mix Model and incrementality testing
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs and report performance results to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of paid media experience with DTC brands
  • Experience managing 1MM+ monthly paid media budgets
  • Proven track record in driving company growth through paid social, paid search, or shopping campaigns
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours
