Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end performance of the paid media program, primarily on LinkedIn, and explore additional channels
  • Drive growth in paid-sourced pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation
  • Design and execute structured experiments in new or underutilized paid channels to reach new audiences
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy and campaign management
  • Proven track record of improving paid performance over time
  • Experience working with creative formats and collaborating with design teams
  • Comfortable with experimentation and testing new channels and ad formats
