Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance of the paid media program, primarily on LinkedIn, and explore additional channels
- Drive growth in paid-sourced pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation
- Design and execute structured experiments in new or underutilized paid channels to reach new audiences
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company
- Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy and campaign management
- Proven track record of improving paid performance over time
- Experience working with creative formats and collaborating with design teams
- Comfortable with experimentation and testing new channels and ad formats
