Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale its paid advertising program for fitness coaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta for multiple fitness coaches
• Onboard new coaches into paid ads and guide them through initial campaigns
• Optimize campaign performance by monitoring key metrics and testing new strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience with proven results
• Track record of managing $30k+ monthly ad spend profitably across multiple accounts
• Deep understanding of direct-response advertising metrics and funnels
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or creator/influencer space is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and interpret data
