Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget across various paid media channels
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure effective execution and performance tracking of paid media strategies
- Translate performance metrics into actionable creative briefs and optimize product feeds for better visibility
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance marketing, preferably in fashion/apparel e-commerce
- Expertise in GA4, attribution tools, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets
- Familiarity with CRM/Email platforms and feed management tools
