Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager to oversee marketing infrastructure and analytics for a crypto casino and sportsbook.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the setup and management of analytics and tracking across all marketing channels
• Analyze performance across PPC, paid media, affiliate, and influencer channels to drive growth
• Partner with leadership and external teams to ensure effective tracking, measurement, and optimization of marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, or marketing operations
• Experience in the iGaming or crypto industry
• Strong understanding of marketing channels and performance metrics
• Deep experience with analytics tools and attribution models
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
