Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies
- Execute pricing and promotion experiments and analyze results to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce or DTC offers, particularly in pricing and promotional optimization
- Familiarity with experimentation concepts such as A/B testing and metric interpretation
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively
