Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies
  • Execute pricing and promotion experiments and analyze results to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce or DTC offers, particularly in pricing and promotional optimization
  • Familiarity with experimentation concepts such as A/B testing and metric interpretation
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively
