Job Summary

Performance Marketing Manager drives customer acquisition by managing paid social channels and scaling growth across TikTok and Meta in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to meet acquisition goals
  • Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking and performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing in a B2C, D2C, or fintech environment
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Strong analytical skills focused on CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Experience in running structured creative testing and developing growth strategies
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to working with analytics, product, and creative teams
