Job Summary
Performance Marketing Manager drives customer acquisition by managing paid social channels and scaling growth across TikTok and Meta in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta
- Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to meet acquisition goals
- Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking and performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing in a B2C, D2C, or fintech environment
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Strong analytical skills focused on CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Experience in running structured creative testing and developing growth strategies
- Proactive and collaborative approach to working with analytics, product, and creative teams
