Job Summary

Driving customer acquisition through strategic paid media and SEO initiatives, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will manage mSupply's digital marketing efforts across various platforms, ensuring measurable revenue impact and optimizing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and manage the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, overseeing performance and budget
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing measurement framework with clear KPIs and targets
  • Lead the in-housing transition for paid media, managing agency relationships and overseeing creative testing and campaign optimization
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition roles
  • Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets with measurable improvements in acquisition metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics 4; familiarity with DSP or OTT platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO and AEO/GEO disciplines, including content and structured data strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced certifications a plus
