Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of small nonprofit clients, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic partner, leading client communications, executing media buying across Google and Meta platforms, and optimizing campaigns to achieve fundraising goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the lead advisor for nonprofit partners, identifying growth opportunities and aligning digital tactics with fundraising goals
  • Lead client-facing communications for 15 clients, including strategy sessions and performance reviews
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, performing account health checks to maximize ROAS and CPA targets
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment managing client relationships and media spend
  • Primary expertise in Google Ads Grant and Meta Ads Manager, with knowledge of programmatic and video advertising
  • Experience working with nonprofits, understanding donor psychology and budget constraints
  • Proven ability to present complex strategies confidently to senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana and Basecamp
