Job Summary
Data-driven and results-oriented, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will lead acquisition efforts across paid search, affiliate, paid social, influencer, and app marketing channels, working remotely to optimize campaigns and drive measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, managing budgets and running structured tests
- Oversee the in-house affiliate program, including partner recruitment, activation, and budget tracking
- Utilize AI-powered workflows to enhance campaign analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple channels
- Deep expertise in paid search within the Google Ads ecosystem and Microsoft Ads
- Experience managing affiliate programs, including recruitment and reporting
- Proficiency in paid social platforms and the ability to create compelling ad copy
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and BI tools, capable of translating data into actionable insights
