Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will manage campaign performance, conduct bi-weekly client calls, and write ad copy while working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, running bi-weekly calls to review performance and strategy
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts while collaborating with creative teams on production
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, specifically Meta advertising
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and hitting performance targets
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging ad copy and scripts
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues between ad platforms and client systems
