Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic marketing organization, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will manage demand generation campaigns across paid media, webinars, and SEO, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive qualified leads and revenue growth remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities
- Oversee paid media performance, including setup, optimization, and reporting for platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Coordinate demand generation efforts for webinars and events, ensuring effective follow-up and lead nurturing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media in a B2B, agency, or SaaS environment
- Expert-level proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Proven track record of building and optimizing demand generation campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO and its impact on lead generation and pipeline growth
