Job Summary
Owning the performance marketing program, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will manage extensive ad spend across paid search, paid social, and mobile channels to achieve new user acquisition and ROI targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for global paid performance channels to meet aggressive user acquisition goals
- Implement a testing agenda across creatives and bidding strategies, translating findings into scalable playbooks
- Collaborate with Data Science to design experiments and measurement frameworks linking performance to business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of performance marketing experience with expertise in paid search, paid social, and mobile user acquisition
- Proven experience managing large media budgets and enhancing user acquisition efficiency
- Strong technical skills in leveraging automation tools and BI tools for data analysis and campaign optimization
- Experience with full-funnel measurement and incrementality testing in a B2C context, preferably in fintech or crypto
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
