Job Summary
Owning and scaling paid media efforts, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth across various channels, including Google Search and LinkedIn, while optimizing campaigns through data-driven strategies and creative testing in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage always-on ICP campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on audience targeting and budget pacing
- Amplify product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring effective audience reach and engagement
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and maintain accurate attribution and reporting
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, preferably in SaaS
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google and LinkedIn Ads, with additional experience in paid social and retargeting a plus
- Proficiency in marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement fundamentals
- A pipeline-first mindset with a focus on MQLs, demos, and revenue impact
- Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams and communicate proactively in asynchronous environments
