Job Summary
Owning the budget and managing campaigns, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will drive B2B paid acquisition and mobile app user acquisition for the Lysted App while optimizing performance metrics and reporting on results.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage paid search and social campaigns for B2B products and mobile app acquisition, optimizing for quality and customer lifetime value
- Build and maintain conversion tracking infrastructure, ensuring accurate attribution and performance reporting
- Oversee the demand generation budget, making data-driven decisions on spend allocation and investment adjustments
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or demand generation
- Proven success in scaling consumer or prosumer mobile apps through paid user acquisition channels
- Experience with full budget ownership, including spend allocation and efficiency reporting
- Strong fundamentals in paid search and social for B2B audiences, with the ability to manage campaigns directly
- Fluency in conversion tracking and attribution setup, including GA4 and HubSpot
