Job Summary

Owning and scaling paid media initiatives, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth through audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion analysis across channels such as Google Search and LinkedIn, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage always-on ICP campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing
  • Drive paid amplification for product launches and brand campaigns to ensure effective audience reach
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing and maintain accurate attribution and reporting in collaboration with Marketing Ops
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads, with additional experience in paid social and retargeting preferred
  • Proven ability to measure success through MQLs, demos held, and pipeline generated
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement fundamentals
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in distributed teams
