Job Summary
Driving growth across affiliate and strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end program operations, including partner recruitment, performance analysis, and collaboration with the Paid Media team to optimize budget allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Own affiliate and partnerships channel reporting, analyzing performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate and strategic partners, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and growth opportunities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, negotiating commission structures and managing promotional campaigns to maximize partner value
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, preferably in a performance marketing or DTC/e-commerce environment
- Demonstrated experience managing affiliate programs using platforms such as HasOffers/TUNE, Cake, or Everflow
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Proven track record in growing affiliate programs through effective partner recruitment and data-driven optimization
- Solid understanding of attribution models and tracking methodologies
