Job Summary
Driving the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will focus on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads to enhance customer acquisition and business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution and scaling of Google Ads campaigns across various formats, including Search and YouTube
- Manage Apple Search Ads campaigns to improve mobile app acquisition and campaign efficiency
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs, developing A/B tests to enhance overall performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, particularly in paid search channels
- Proven experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly advertising budgets
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and mobile marketing, including familiarity with AppsFlyer or equivalent MMP
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign performance data
