Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to optimize paid acquisition for Member Growth in a fully remote, contract role, where the individual will manage daily operations across various paid channels, monitor budget pacing, and execute A/B tests to enhance campaign efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations across paid search, social, and mobile channels while ensuring consistent messaging and account health
- Monitor budget pacing, make bid adjustments, and reallocate funds to maximize campaign efficiency
- Build and manage campaigns, execute A/B tests, and pull performance reports to provide actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on direct-response KPIs
- Deep expertise in paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and remarketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and using analytics tools like GA4
- Proven experience executing and managing A/B tests effectively
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
