Job Summary
Dynamic and data-driven, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will craft and execute SEM-focused campaigns across Google Ads and contextual networks, identifying growth opportunities to enhance campaign performance and profitability while working in a hybrid environment in Miami, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various formats, including Search, Performance Max, and Display/YouTube
- Leverage analytics and research to drive optimizations and continuously improve campaign performance
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to enhance lead quality and drive conversions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Proven experience in launching and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with knowledge of Microsoft (Bing) Ads and contextual networks
- Hands-on experience managing paid search account spend to meet budget and margin targets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign reporting tools, including Tableau
- Excellent understanding of funnel mechanics and revenue generation strategies
