Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager opportunity responsible for running high-level B2B media buying on Meta, developing creative strategies and copy, and coaching agency owners on effective B2B strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all paid media campaigns on Meta, focusing on targeting, testing, and optimization for B2B lead generation
- Develop creative concepts and direct-response copy for ads, VSLs, and other marketing materials to engage agency owners
- Conduct weekly group coaching calls with students, providing insights on current ad performance and B2B strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B media buying with significant monthly spend, particularly in lead generation for agencies or high-ticket services
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills with a track record of successful original concepts and angles
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from Meta accounts to inform campaign decisions
- Experience in coaching or explaining marketing concepts to less experienced individuals
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant experience and results
