Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution and daily optimization of paid acquisition campaigns, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will focus on Meta Ads while also managing campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat to drive customer acquisition and business growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and other platforms to diversify and scale customer acquisition
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs, including First Time Deposits (FTDs) and return on advertising spend (ROAS)

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with significant ownership of paid social acquisition channels
• Experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly advertising budgets with a track record of scaling hypergrowth products
• Deep expertise in managing Meta Ads and resolving technical tracking issues
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau or similar analytics tools
