Job Summary
Driving the growth of a dynamic marketing strategy, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will design and scale AI-powered campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end growth system from acquisition through pipeline and revenue
- Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages to enhance conversion and efficiency
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across marketing systems
Required qualifications:
- 6-10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS
- Proven ownership of pipeline, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue-driving outcomes
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models
- Familiarity with modern martech stacks and AI-driven marketing tools
