Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of search engine marketing (SEM) programs, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will manage Yahoo's paid search initiatives across various platforms, focusing on campaign optimization, performance analysis, and collaboration with data science teams, while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end SEM strategies, including keyword management, ad copy, and budget pacing
  • Conduct performance analysis and A/B testing to enhance campaign efficiency and drive customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with data science to create custom bidding models and monitor competitive keyword dynamics
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on SEM management experience with significant paid search budgets
  • Expertise in leading search advertising platforms, including Smart Bidding and Performance Max
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge preferred
  • Experience in designing and interpreting A/B experiments and understanding incrementality testing
  • Solid understanding of search auction mechanics and the relationship between organic and paid search performance
