Key Responsibilities
- Own paid media tracking infrastructure, including pixels, offline conversions, and server side tracking
- Manage marketing automation and CRM data flows between source systems and advertising platforms
- Maintain data pipelines and reporting infrastructure supporting performance dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ad technology, or marketing analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems and lead routing logic
- 2+ years of experience managing marketing data integrations or ETL tools
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and document processes effectively
