Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns to ensure profitability and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Take ownership of the on-site experience, optimizing layouts and navigation for revenue generation from ads and affiliate offers
• Utilize AI tools and automated workflows to efficiently manage a large portfolio of sites and prioritize high-impact activities

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads
• Fluency in metrics such as Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS
• Experience conducting A/B tests on ad placements and navigation
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools for generating SEO-friendly content and ad creatives
• Ability to work autonomously and treat company capital as personal investment
