Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads
• Proficiency in yield optimization metrics such as Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS
• Experience in conducting A/B tests to enhance user session value
• Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools for content generation
• Ability to operate with an owner's mentality, treating company capital as one's own
