Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale and optimize paid acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day execution of various paid campaigns including search, social, and display
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance targets across Member and Host funnels
  • Analyze full-funnel performance and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms (e.g., Google, Meta)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and build actionable reports
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4 or similar tools
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively
