Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Search & Social).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, focusing on Google Ads and social platforms to meet performance targets
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and manage the lead lifecycle from awareness to sales handover
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns, implement A/B testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing with a focus on B2B
- Expertise in managing Google Ads accounts and proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
