Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and bid management
- Expand ownership into remarketing and contribute to social campaign management
- Monitor performance against targets and identify underperforming campaigns for corrective action
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on paid media management experience, primarily with Google Ads
- Experience managing significant Google Ads budgets, demonstrating ROAS improvement or CPA reduction
- Some exposure to paid social, remarketing, or display advertising
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to pull reports and analyze data trends in Google Ads and Google Sheets
