Job Summary
To support a growing global team, the fully remote Performance Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, optimize campaign performance, and analyze full-funnel metrics to drive results.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including audience segmentation and budget allocation
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to inform optimization strategies
- Design and execute A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion data analysis using platform pixels and CRM data
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated growth mindset and exceptional learning agility
